Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Manbii, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Manbii. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your phone number accurate — it is used to authenticate you. Do not share access with others.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fabricated reports.
  • Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or harassing.
  • Attempt to circumvent moderation, rate limits, or security controls.
  • Use the app for commercial advertising or spam.
  • Impersonate others or submit reports under false pretences.

5. Content you submit

You retain ownership of the photos and descriptions you submit. By submitting, you grant Manbii a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and share your report content with the community and relevant authorities for civic purposes.

All submitted reports undergo moderation before appearing on the public map. Manbii reserves the right to reject or remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Moderation

Reports are reviewed by Manbii moderators before publication. A report that is rejected will not appear on the map. We may refuse to publish further content from accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms, and may disable accounts used for clear or severe abuse. See our Community Guidelines for the specific behaviours we don't allow.

7. Disclaimer

Manbii is a citizen reporting tool. We do not guarantee that authorities will act on any report. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Manbii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
